Subject Line of Your Workorder is NOT the subject you teach!

Put a brief description of your work order instead: "My mouse won't work" or "Chromebook won't boot up", or "My video player crashed" etc. This makes MUCH more sense than putting the subject you teach...doesn't it?

Here are more helpful hints for those of you that struggle with filling in forms:

  • On a typical form, the "Sex" blank will be either Male or Female, not Yes or no.
  • On a typical form, the "Date" blank isn't asking you to go on one, it is asking for the current point in time (month/day/year, etc...)
  • On a typical form, the "Address" blank means the location of something, not "address me as Mrs." It is also not asking you if you're wearing "a dress" even though one of the two "d's" in the word is silent. (It is the first d that is silent by the way...)
